Is there a limited amount of christmas day tickets that walt disney world sell?
Want to go to disney on christmas day for the parade, should I book way early?
you do realize that the ABC walt disney world parade that is shown on TV on xmas day is not actually LIVE right? its taped. some of the concerts are taped in the end of november and the parade portion and other concert parts are tape on the first weekend of december.
if you go to magic kingdom ON xmas you can still see the parade cuz they have that every day from mid november to the beginning of january but you will not see all the celebs and there will be no cameras.
no disney world does not just sell a specific number of tickets on xmas day. disney world’s general admission tickets to the parks are not date specific. only their hard ticket special events are date specific.
between december 21st and january 1st is the busiest time of the entire year at disney world though and many days with in that time period especially on xmas day and new years eve you can expect the parks to fill to capacity by noon and then they don’t allow anyone else in until a cetain number of guests leave.
i HIGHLY recommend that you get to the parks well before they open to ensure that you get in. and what ever park you choose i suggest you plan on staying until you are sure you are done for the day and i advice you not to park hop during this time period cuz once you leave the park you may not get back in and if you go to another park they may be filled to capacity as well so you may not get into any park.
Cheap Airline Tickets: Fly High
Air travel is perhaps the most expensive mode of travelling. But it is also very convenient and time saving at the same time. Often when we travel by air plane, we want to make this mode of transportation more inexpensive and affordable so that the trip may not cost us a fortune.
With a few tips, you would surely be able to find cheap airline tickets. Whenever you are planning a vacation where you need to travel by air, you should try to buy a vacation package which includes airfare plus lodging and other sight seeing trips as well. Such holiday packages are really cost effective and make you save a lot of money on your trips.
Further, advanced bookings are also really convenient, if in case you want to save money on your airline tickets. It is also seen that you are able to save a lot, if you are not rigid about the dates of travelling. A day here or there also makes you save a lot of money on your airline tickets.
If you choose to fly by taking connecting flights, that would also be a cheaper option as compared to taking a non stop flight. It looks a little inconvenient but if you are able to save a few bucks in such a way, then it isn’t a bad deal either.
In the present scenario, Internet can also come to your rescue where there is a plethora of options available to you in the form of various websites which are curious to serve you. You can as well avail cheap air tickets via the World Wide Web.
After all, we all know that it is our hard earned money and we must value it. Cheap airline tickets in such scenario can come to your respite.

can you help me with my disney world vacation?
I haven’t gone on vacation since I was little so my parents did all the work and paying for everything. but I am trying to plan this vacation for my boyfriend and I (we will both be 21 on this vacation)to go on. He has never been to Disney World and we live in Florida so… why not? I plan on checking into a hotel September 18 and checking out on September 23. I have looked at packages but I was just wondering if anyone knew a cheaper way to go. I wanted to get a Disney World and Orlando Studios package, but probably will just go with a Disney World package alone. Just help me I don’t know what I am doing. should I just find a cheap hotel somewhere in orlando? should i get an entire package deal? if anyone has and information please pass it along. I would prefer if the people giving me information are adults who have had experience in this area! THANK YOU!
"j" has given you excellent advice about booking a Disney resort and on how to book this trip for the least amount of money, so I won’t repeat that info.
The only things I’d add are:
(1) I’ve been in September – the lines are short and the parks are not very crowded, so it is a great time to go.
(2) You might want to go to Disney’s website and register to receive email updates. This is just for Disney fans; you need not book anything to sign up for email updates. Why is it good? Disney sends out special deals via email. For example, on our most recent trip to Disney (last week!) we booked through a travel agent because even though Disney (and not travel agencies) controls price, we were flying so we wanted a specific physical person we could pester if anything went wrong! Otherwise, I probably would have booked online at Disney’s website since the prices are all the same. However, what I found that is GREAT about the email specials AND about having a travel agent (which I’ll make point (3) ) is that right after we booked, I got a promotional mass-mailer email about a special room deal which would have saved us more money. I called our agent, and she made it happen! We got money back since the new deal (even post-booking) made it less expensive.
(3) See above regarding travel agents.
(4) I agree with the person who said that a park hopper isn’t necessary for 5 days because you can completely fill a day at just one park. However, what I like about park hoppers is that you have flexibility. For example, if Space Mountain is shut down for a mechanical problem on your "Magic Kingdom" day, you can go back on a later day. Also, if bad weather pops up on your "water park day," you can go switch up your plans.
(5) One last comment about Disney Dining Plans: we tried out the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan (3 table service meals [appetizer, entree, drink, dessert] plus 2 snacks per day). It’s too much! We are EATERS and we couldn’t eat that much. The regular Disney Dining plan is one sit-down, one quick service, and one snack per day. Plus, Disney allows you to take food and drinks into the parks – just no alcohol or glass containers. I like having a dining plan because your meals are already paid for (except for tips which are extra). Take heed, however – you should make reservations ASAP if you want to use your table service meals for dinner (or if you want to eat at ANY table service restaurants for dinner). You can make them 180 days in advance, so you should book them now. Last week, which is a relatively slow period, we couldn’t get into any table service restaurants without reservations. (The meals also present another argument in favor of the park hopper – we made reservations for most of our dinners, so it was nice to have the flexibility to change parks during the day before dinner at whatever park had the restaurant.)
Hope this helps – have a MAGICAL vacation!
how much is a disney world resort vacation packages ?
Depends on when you are going and what level hotel you are staying at. Then, how many days of tickets you buy. Then, are you buying any extras, such as the dining plan. And of course, for how many people?
Disney has a Vacation Builder on their website where you can play around with dates and hotels and ticket options to get a quote for free – no obligation to purchase. You don’t have to put in any personal information to use it. You can spend $2,000 or $20,000, it just all depends. Go to their website and play around.

How and Where to Find Cheap Airfare on the Internet
Below are some very simple and straight forward strategies you can use when searching for cheap airfare or discount airline tickets. Best of all the strategies cost you nothing and may save you not only money but also time.
Book early but not too early
Airlines will give you a better deal the further out you book. But keep in mind not to book too far in advance as you may miss any fare wars etc. For domestic US travel use the airfare prediction site FareCast to see where fares are headed.
Be flexible
As a general rule traveling Mondays – Thursdays will give you a better deal as most carriers charge more for weekend travel.
Saturday night stay
This is more important in international travel. Almost all cheap international fares require a Saturday night stay. In the US domestic markets Saturday night stay requirements have to the most extent become a thing of the past.
Alternative airports
Domestic US: Great way to shop for lower airfare is to check fares out of or into alternative airports. For example, if you wanted to go from Boston (BOS) to Los Angeles (LAX) you may also check fares from Providence (PVD), Manchester (MHT)or Hartford (BDL) and into Orange County (SNA), Long Beach (LGB)or Ontario (ONT). Some sites such as Orbitz and Travelocity offer search tools that automatically search for cheaper fares for alternative airport. Again, the more flexible you are the more likely you will find a deal.
International: Finding an alternative airport can save you some serious money but it does require some research and “thinking outside the box.” Here are a couple of examples. When traveling to Germany considering Dusseldorf (DUS) as an alternate to Frankfurt could save you over $50 per person in taxes and fees. Germany’s second largest carrier LTU flies nonstop to DUS from several major US departure cities. Check out Brussels (BRU) or Luxemburg (LUX) as alternates to Paris (PAR).
Buying a round trip ticket
Buying a round trip ticket is almost always cheaper tan buying a one-way ticket. This may not be true for tickets that are purchased last minute or on flights that are almost sold out. Some carriers such as Southwest Airlines and JetBlue price their fares on a one-way basis.
Travel off-season
If your travel is for leisure, you can often find lower rates for off-season fares. If circumstances allow be creative in your vacation planning, and you could save big bucks over time. For example, good times to travel to Europe are usually the first 2 weeks in December and January through March. Also, when planning summer travel to Europe try to depart before May 20. Most carriers switch from shoulder season to high season fares sometime between May 20 and 25. For domestic travel, school vacation, public holidays, Christmas and Thanksgiving are considered peak travel periods and fares tend to go up.
Below are some online website resources for finding cheap airfare.
Online Newsletters
By subscribing to some of the more reputable newsletters such as TravelZoo or Smarter Travel you have great and updated access to travel deals on a weekly basis. Many airlines frequently announce new sales or deals online and you want to know about them as soon as possible. The publishers of these newsletters often receive payment from vendors for placement.
Yet Undiscovered Deal Sites
Some of the least know sites may have the “in” to the absolute best deals. One of these sites is Airfarewatchdog. This site has now been around for about 2 years and it specializes in unearthing unadvertised airfare specials. This site is run by George Hobica, a travel journalist with over 25 years of experience in the travel industry. He is a true fanatic about finding incredible airfares.
Cheap Airfare Prediction
While still in a beta phase FareCast promises to truly revolutionize the way we buy airfare and it allows some sort of parity when looking for the best time to buy. They also offer FareGuard which allows you to protect your low fare against future fare increases. To date they cover about 75 US domestic airports.
Low Fare Alerts and Flex Searches
Several of the online travel agency websites also offer low fare alerts. With Travelocity you can see fares from your departure city that have dropped by 20% or more. Alternatively you can use the Fare Finder Search to see a listing of low fares without first having to commit to travel dates. Cheaptickets allows you to set a target price for your trip; once one or more airlines offer fares at or below your target level Cheaptickets will post an alert you. Expedia also offers a flexible date search. While limited in scope this calendar based feature is pretty easy to use (make sure to check “My dates are flexible”) and quickly shows you cheap fares.
Name Your Own Airfare and White Label Fares
In addition to searching for regular published airfare Priceline allows you to “name your own airfare”. Hotwire offers white label fares. In each scenario you do not know the carrier, flights times or the exact routing. With Priceline you basically bid what it is you are willing to pay for a ticket. Once you submit a bid Priceline will see if there is a carrier willing to sell you a ticket at that price (beware: THEY YOUR OFFER IS BINDING if accepted). With Hotwire you will be offered a white label fare. Again, you do not know the carrier, flights times and exact routing. Once you decide to buy there is “NO WAY BACK” If you do not like the flights details. So, either site can save you a bundle but make sure you can stomach the consequences and be flexible.
Flying Abroad? Check Consolidators
Consolidators basically negotiate airfares directly with carriers. These are unpublished (I.e. the airlines do not publish these fares) and can only be purchased from the consolidator. Some consolidators only re-sell these to travel agents while others sell directly to the public. One of the best retail sources for consolidated airfare anywhere is www.FlightsFirst.com.
Compare Apples to Apples
IMPORTANT: When comparing fares from different sites or vendors make sure to consider all the elements. In order to get the full picture of how much a trip is going to cost you must take all taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, and services charges into account. While the base fare maybe the same at two sites taking the above into account could save you some serious money. This is especially true when traveling overseas or to Central and South America.

All the Roads Need to be Traveled —- Travel @ Ukonlinemarket.co.uk
People have been traveling for centuries now. Half of our world would not have existed if people did not have the fire to travel. One thing great about traveling is, you not only discover new destinations, you discover a new “Self”. As the noted American writer Mr. James Baldwin stated “I met a lot of people in Europe. I even encountered myself”. Travel anywhere and you would be surprised by the results.
People travel for varied reasons. One may travel for self or the family or just to spend money, one thing is for sure we all enjoy it.
Let me share a personal experience for you. The other day I took up a room in my own city and spent the day there. For me that was a great holiday, for I had no idea about that part of town and everything was new to me. The feel of a new environment was rejuvenating and refreshing. Well this is certainly not the perfect holiday, but it certainly makes me live for my next travel, at places hopefully far off! As put by the great Ray Bradbury “Half the fun of the travel is the esthetic of lostness”
The snaps we take on a holiday linger for a lifetime. The dancing in the rains or the grace of the sun, life was never so good.
Traveling is also about how you like life to be. Should your booking be done well in advance or they should be done when you arrive at your destination.
Whatever be the nature of your travel or holiday, one thing is for sure you need to have the right resources in place to make it a success. Even an office trip is so much more work friendly if you have right infrastructure in place.
http://www.ukonlinemarket.co.uk provides you with travel resources which would make your travel convenient and prove to be economical with some great CashBack offers. It provides you great brands and excellent deals on cheap travel packages, Car rentals, Ferry Services, Flights, Hotels & Accommodation, Rails & Coach and a variety of travel stores.
Just browse through the Travel section on the web-site and go through the various options, and dream your next holiday. And watch your dream turn into reality..
Finally, let me wish that your travels go in the same way as Mr. Benjamin Disraeli, when he says “Like all great travelers, I have seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen”.

Anyone out there have any advice on dealing with Discount Vacation Rentals Online? I dont want to be scammed.?
Recently planning a vacation to Disney and got linked in with a company called DVRO (Discount Vacation Rentals Online). The place seems really nice and the rep seemed to be for real, I checked with BBB and they had a rating of A- but I am still leary. Anyone out there ever heard of them. They are holding a vacation rental for us in Davenport, Florida. About 12 mins from Disney, called Tuscan Hills. Now that I have given my deposit, I am starting to panic that maybe its a scam. Help!!!
Why don’t you try http://www.alwaysonvacation.com , I generally use it for my family vacation rentals. Here you can get vacation rentals properties at discounted price.
Good Luck!
Do you get discount for an airline ticket for a death in the family?
