disney vacation to paris?
im in tampa fl. and i just got married last sept. (19) and we are thinking about going to disneyland paris for our one year. we would like to be in paris a total of 3 days…. not counting flight time (i have no clue how many hours a flight from her to there is, assuming there is at least one stop) and we would like to stay at a disney hotel (not an all star, but not too expensive ether) and have one day at disney. the other 2 days will be spend in paris and the hotel… heres the thing. my friend has a dvc memebership and she saved us a little by booking it for us. so we got all the dvc member discounts and such. and she is willing to do it again. so, for a dvc member. what is the cheapest this will cost me in total. for 2 people with the critirea above. the price should include a rental car. flight for 2. 1 hotel room for 3 nights. and 2 disney passes to disney paris. i would do the research my self my my internet sucks and it would load the pages for disney, orbits, priceline….etc. it barely loads yahoo answers. thanks
im not looking for facts or a copy from wikipedia/paris. lol.
Honestly, I feel like your trip won’t be that enjoyable. Paris is 6 hours ahead of Florida and if you’re not used to time differences, you may get jet lag. Also, the flight there would be around 12-14 hours, including connections. Unless you’re willing to add 2 more days on to your trip (arrival and departure days) your trip will feel too rushed.
You absolutely will not need a rental car while there. You can catch a train from central Paris to Euro Disney. Paris is a large city; unless you’re content with just running past the major attractions you won’t see very much. Also, do either of you speak any French? It’s not necessary but if you don’t I highly suggest that you plan out your vacation in detail beforehand.
The flight will be around $1500-$1900 for both of you, not sure if you can get any discounts on that. The Disney site only shows offers through April 1, 2010, but the cheapest for 3 days, 2 nights is $264 per person, which includes park entrance. That’s at the Hotel Cheyenne.
Do you have any advice for planning a vacation to Disney World?
Im 18 and my boyfriend is 19 we are going to Disney World June 8th through the 15th. What do you recommend? Last time I went to Disney World I was about 7. Ive looked at the Disney packages and were thinking about staying at a value resort and doing the dining plan and getting park hoppers. Any advice on things to do or ways to save would be great! ![]()
Don’t buy park hoppers in advance; you probably won’t use them. If you decide you want to park hop, then you can easily add the hopper option at any time. You want to spend your precious Disney days enjoying the parks, not devoting 90 minutes to getting from Animal Kingdom to Epcot. There is plenty in any one park to keep you enchanted all day and far into the night!
If you can afford it, the moderate price resorts are quite a step up in comfort and convenience. No matter where you stay, stock your room with some groceries. There is no such thing as economically priced food at a Disney resort, and food prices inside the theme parks are even higher. I always eat a hearty breakfast in my room and pack a lunch to take with me to the park. Take your own refillable water bottle too.
does anyone have any info on the best time to buy airline tickets, and any discounts at some places?
the cheapest tickets i can ever find are around $320, for a roundtrip. any good websites, travel tips or best buying time anyone can help me out with?
is it better to fly from a more busy airport, or from a less busy one?
when is the best buying time, around the holidays will flights probably be more busy as opposed to summer months or something?
anything you have will help me out!

Take care. http://traveltips.warnetnews.com/
what is the chapest disney world vacation package for four adults?
The cheapest rates will be at the value resorts, which will be about $800 for a room for the week, depending on when you go and what rooms are available:
-Pop Century
-All Star Movies
-All Star Music
-All Star Sports
The Moderate Resorts will start around $1200-$1900 for a room, depending on when you go and what is available. The rooms here are larger than the value rooms.
-Port Orleans
-Coronado Springs
-Caribbean Beach
-Wildnerness Lodge
Deluxe Resorts will be much higher in cose, usually with direct transportation via monorail, ferry or walking to the parks. They are highly themed resorts. Rooms are much larger, and these resorts have sit down dining options. These resorts will be around $2800 at a low, unless you can find a discount when you go. They can go upwards to $5000 or higher for large rooms with beautiful views. Some of these include:
-Polynesian
-Contemporary
-Boardwalk Inn
-Beach & Yacht Club
-Grand Floridian
If you visit http://www.disney.com and click on "Book Now", you can try various options, and try out different types of rooms to find the best fit for you.
Disney theme park tickets vary based on a lot of things. Price increases based on how many days you want to go to the parks, whether or not you want to go to more than one park a day, whether or not you want to go to water parks, and whether or not you want the tickets to not carry an expiration date.
If all four of you bought a basic six day ticket, it would get you into a different park each day, without hopping to other parks. The ticket would expire after your trip so you couldn’t use it on other trips. The total of all 4 tickets would be $924. If you add any additional things, like making the ticket not expire, or adding a park hopping option, the price will go up. Here is the ticket site, so you can play around the options and see what you come up with:

best place to buy discount tickets to disney world and universal studios?
Trying to plan our family vacation and i’m wanting to know the best place to get discounted tickets to these places. Thanks
For Universal, if you buy a multi-day pass (two days or more) from their website you get $10.00 off gate price:
http://www.universalorlando.com/Tickets/tickets_2.aspx#
Disney World doesn’t offer any discounts on their tickets. The best thing to do is purchase them online from the Disney World website and save yourself the 30+ minutes of waiting to purchase tickets at the gate:

If you are a member of Triple A you can get a small discount on park tickets. As far as taking advantage of roadside "discount" ticket booths and/or hotel discounts, do be careful. Not all of the ticket outlets have a good deal, and all of the hotels I have checked out actually sell their tickets for MORE than gate price because they add in their own convenience fees. I personally always purchase all of my park tickets online before my trip.
Walt Disney World Tickets?
I was hoping to take my kids to Walt Disney World this Thanksgiving. I was wondering where I could get some good deals on tickets?
Thank you!
Discounts virtually don’t exist on Disney tickets. There are a couple of authorized dealers, such as AAA if you are a member, http://www.undercovertourist.com and http://www.mapleleaftickets.com
I would not risk buying from anybody but an authorized dealer. You cannot really find legitimate discounts, just a couple dollars off.
Have any suggestions on planning an affordable Disney vacation?
We are planning a Disney World vacation for around thanksgiving weekend. My family has a time share there so we won’t need a hotel but we will need park tickets and plane tickets, most all of the package deals I’ve been seeing online include accomodations at disney resorts. Does anyone have any ideas for where I can look for deals on park tickets? When I checked the Disney website the quote for 4 days of park tickets alone was close to $800! Geez, I knew it was expensive but there has to be some cheaper way to go on this.
These web sites shall help you on an affordable vacation:
Official Web Site – disneyworld.com/affordable
Unofficial Web Site – mousesavers.com
Where is the cheapest Walt Disney World tickets?
We have always gotten the tickets in Orange County..some place in Florida..But I was wondering if anybody has found somewhere else thats pretty cheap??
Thankz!!
that sounds like the local tourism/convention office and they are really one of the best places, besides a special package from Disney itself; once in awhile you can find stuff on ebay or cragislist that is discounted pretty deep by people that bought and no longer can use them

Programs for discounted military spouse airline tickets?
I have a friend that her husband has been stationed in Iraq and was wounded he is now escorting the body back home and she is trying desperately to get up north to see her husband while he is stateside, before he goes back. Are there any programs out there that will help her with the cost of the airline tickets for herself and 2 small children so they may see him before he goes back? She has called the airlines and they are telling her that they cannot help because for some reason they tell her she does not qualify. I would love to be able to find some help for her, it would be great for them to be able to be together for christmas.
Have her check with her local base/post SATO office.
